Educators for St. Jude E-Newsletter – Acquisition Strategy: I designed the Educators for St. Jude e-newsletter as a top-of-funnel acquisition strategy to expand participation in peer-to-peer school fundraising. By positioning the newsletter as a free, value-driven resource for teachers, we built trust and relevance first, then created a clear pathway into engagement with St. Jude fundraising programs. The approach combined segmentation, content marketing, and lead nurturing principles—delivering over 60,000 new educator leads in its first three months. I led the initiative from concept through execution, aligning creative, messaging, and distribution to turn a content product into a scalable acquisition engine.
